About
Swervie is a product comparison catalog. It reads listings of the same product across many retailers, collapses the near-identical ones — including white-label goods sold under different brand names — into a single consolidated listing, and ranks what is inside it on quality and on price.
Most shopping results hand you the same product eight times and leave the comparison to you. Swervie does the collapsing first, then names a best choice and shows why: comparable specifications, a quality score, a value score that weighs that quality against the live price, and ratings derived from what reviewers actually wrote, quoted verbatim.
Every consolidated listing also carries its own honesty statistics — how many sellers were found, how confident the grouping is that the members are interchangeable, and how complete the specification coverage is.
Listings are gathered from retailer sites and affiliate product feeds, then normalized against a per-category specification schema. Identifiers (GTIN, UPC, MPN, ASIN) anchor the matching; automated extraction fills in the specifications. Prices come from live seller offers and are refreshed on a rolling schedule.
Nothing in the ranking pipeline sees commercial data. See the affiliate disclosure for how Swervie makes money and why it cannot move the rankings.

The rest of the catalog — roughly 160 categories — is behind a free Google sign-in, which keeps automated scrapers off the enriched data.
